Fred Gluckman is a partner in the Family Office Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP, serving families throughout the US, Canada and Latin America. He has 25 years of experience in continuously expanding roles of executive leadership as a people-focused leader who is passionate about building sustainable organizations in which each member motivates the others to strive for and achieve more for the business, for the community and for each other. Fred spent the past 17 years with two Los Angeles-based single family offices. For the majority of that time, Fred served as CFO and Executive Vice President/Managing Director, where he had broad responsibilities for financial, tax, mergers and acquisitions, legacy, philanthropic, community engagement, HR and other operational matters. Fred also served on the boards of directors for multiple public and private companies, including service on audit and compensation committees. Fred previously worked in the Los Angeles and London offices of another Big Four firm, where he focused on international tax and mergers and acquisitions.
