Dr. Jodi Berg is president and CEO of Vitamix, a nearly 100-year-young, fourth-generation, family-owned business. Vitamix designs, develops and produces its high-performance whole-food machines in Northeast Ohio, to be sold in more than 130 countries. Although known for transforming the blender industry, the company’s purpose is to liberate and nourish the zest for life. Vitamix helps everyone achieve their health and wellness goals with simple, delicious, whole-food meals and a great deal of support. The first line of the organization’s mission statement is to “create relationships for life,” and Vitamix does that by crafting products and a brand that people can’t help but fall in love with. Dr. Berg received her bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University, an MBA from Washington State University, and her PhD from Case Western Reserve University.
