Ryan Agre plays a critical role in mergers and acquisitions, business development, and tax, in addition to serving as the primary conduit be tween the family shareholders and the company. Ryan’s position on the executive team of Vermeer enhances his ability to provide valuable insights to shareholders regarding day-to-day business operations. Ryan holds an MBA in finance from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and a law degree f rom Drake University. He joined Vermeer Corporation in 2011 as corporate development manager. Previously, he worked at Pella Corporation from 2001 to 2010 as interim f amily office director, corporate development manager and internal audit manager. Prior to joining Pella, he was a senior auditor at Eide Bailly LLP from 1998 to 2001.
