Charlie Collat is a third-generation member of the family business and is a part of Mayer’s executive team. He has worked in most capacities of the business starting by driving a truck, then to sales, to management and then to COO. In 2018, a strategic decision was made to create a family office inside of Mayer and Charlie was the right person to create the family office. He currently leads the family office and is a part of Mayer’s executive team. He as a BS degree from the University of Alabama. He is involved in numerous civic organizations including chairman of local Crohn and Colitis Foundation and Chair of the finance committee of the Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind Foundation.
